This is a very interesting video, Josie. I am thinking, that you could add some cheese or raisins and design your own bread. Thanks for this post.

Oh yes Jannette, cheese, wouldn't that be great. If you add raisons, be sure to flour the raisons first or they will sink to the bottom.
I am going to try to get to a store soon to buy a heavy pot and lid and I am going to start doing this bread. I did it once but the pot was not heavy so it turned out rather white.
You have to really heat up that pan.
